Broccoli
Broccoli is considered a super food due to it's high nutritional content. It is an excellent source of vitamins C and K, folate, fiber, and various antioxidants. It also contains minerals like potassium and iron.
All parts of broccoli are edible- the florets can be steamed, stems can be peeled and sauteed and the leaves are great tossed in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil!
